first U have to register U R selves in this website and then get U will have the User ID and Password for IT THEN when ever U visit the site U will be able to get in using U R ID and then U Can get it booked if U book E-ticket U have to give a ID which was listed in this site then Please take the print out in case of an E-ticket in case of the I-ticket the ticket will be delivered to U in U R home by a courier service.

there are certain charges like 40 per ticket in case of 1st class and 25 in case of ii class. ;however details may be had from the sites railway employees opposing thi system

it's much better than the Indian Railways site... and they let you choose between an e-ticket (online ticket) or an i-ticket (physical ticket couriered to you)...
once you create your profile, you can log on easily any time again in the future and book your tickets...

Retiring rooms cannot be booked online. For this you have to contact Station Authorities after reaching there.
