I have one
His father physically abused me and my innocent JUST turned 4 year old son, so I got the hell out of Dodge
No, kids are great, a wonderful joy, usually, but it breaks my heart when they have suffered at the stupid hands of folks they are raised to "respect", (Children are innocent, even if they do something wrong, until they are able to understand the wrong they did) and usually they are unbelieved against what an adult has said, or accused a child of having done, for reasons of destroying property, like a brick on a wall, running across a neighbor's yard without permission, for example. Utterly ridiculous complaint's like that. I have experienced this. In my experience as a child, and having a child, in almost all incidents where an adult comes to a parent to complain about a child's action's, the adult by their word, only, is almost always believed, and the kids haven't been allowed to give a side of the story, and are punished. My own mother did this to both my brother and I. Sometimes, I know, adults will embellish, or even lie, and the child is the one telling the truth. Some of adults don't deserve respect from a cockroach.
I had my beautiful son, unintentionally, he was NEVER an accident, although unplanned!
I was afraid to have a child, I was certain I didn't want any, but because of an unexpected encounter one night, he was born in 9 months. I don't want anymore children because I am low income, and unable to provide for him/her properly, as I would like. My son and I are VERY close, almost like friends, we talk about near anything all the time. I am very happy I have him, he's my precious, and I am tightly bonded to him.
My son, Xenon (in Old Greek, means Stranger, I told you he was a BIG surprise!) He just turned 9, almost a month ago. It's weird that we think we don't want something, like me not wanting a child, but when they arrive, and they are layed in your arms, you become powerless to resist falling right in love! I was, and as soon as I spoke to him, saying, "Hello my baby" in a soft voice, he stopped crying right away. The doctor and nurses were shocked! My son acted as if my voice brought him comfort, and he wasn't afraid anymore. That happening, was a second unexpected gift to me, one special, lucky night, I will NEVER forget.

i have 6 beautiful children, 3 different daddies...you just never know where life is gonna take us, so please don't judge...I wouldn't say accidental the word i choose is unplanned, 4 were planned, except the surprise of twins...aren't I blessed? I actually would love to have one more, but each day I spend with them it deminshes the thought, just because each and every one of my children need my love, my attention, my nurturing and so on. My oldest is Trent he is 14, Sean 7, Chloe 6, Evan and Ian(twin boys) almost 3 and then my little Emma 1 1/2. And no, i don't regret the # of luv bugs I have - just the timing was a bit off.
