yahoo personals and there are many other online dating sites, avoid meeting men in bars, unless you just wanna have sex...lol

I met my boyfriend here on Yahoo after browsing many other sites, I found Yahoo to have more down to earth, realistic men that were serious about seeking a relationship.

People in their fifties meet people just like any other person. They meet them when they are out doing their thing. The only difference is the type of outings they have. Young people meet their mates sometimes in church, so do older people. Young people meet their mates in the club or a party. For some older people the club days are over, but they can meet their mates at Bingo or some other type of outing for the older people. And yes older people still attend parties, so they are able to meet their mates. Their is NO LIMIT to what older people can do. They actually may be better at picking up a mate and just don't want anyone, if they are single. They have been there and done that. They know the deal. They can pick up men and women just as well as the young. They have games and know also how to use those cheesy lines.

Hello, we just met. LOL. Actually, I was newly single 4 years ago after 29 years. I started out actually on line meeting people. There are certainly rules, but over all I would say it was a very easy, and successful way of meeting people. I had good luck with both Yahoo Personals, as well as E Harmony .com, and American Singles. There are many legitimate site for meeting singles. There are sites for people over 40, and for all reasons, Marriage, Just Dating, Anything goes. Well you can imagine. Again I had good luck. Some churches also have singles groups, there are many ways to find your soul mate, or just a Good Friend or three. If you have any specific questions, let me know, glad to help. Good Luck.

I think the way is through common interests. Join a group that centers aroun something you enjoy doing whether it be garden society, skiing, or serving soup to the homeless. That will ensure you have at least one thing in common with anyone you meet and you'll enjoy yourself even if it takes awhile.

Simple. Get in your wheelchair and go to the mall. When you see a young stud walk by, flash $500 and tell him you wanna make him scream like a stuck pig. Then when you get him home, do the kinkiest thing you can think of. If nothing comes to mind, slip his junk in your trunk. You'll have yourself a nice young boyfriend....as long as you have money.

Look for someone in a different age group than yourself. A lot of singles are looking for someone either younger or older than themselves.

E-Harmony, Match.com - through friends, church, divorce support group. I wouldn't meet people right away - take time for yourself first.
