I could feel that terrible pain of one passing then it was as if it got stuck. It felt like a needle, like a catheder was in there pinching me! I felt that pain for about 10 hours, when I peed I could feel it move in there! Then it finally passed but I'm so sore and am bleeding when I pee like it scarred me or something. And I'm in pain as if there are more to come. Could it really have gotten stuck? Could it really do some damage? Should I worry?

Having passed many kidney stones myself my suggestion is that you get your self into a urologist as soon as possible. If you are in pain like you say, then you truly should get yourself into the hospital. They will probably run dye intravenously through your system and see what type of problems you are having. They possibly will give you pain medication as well as the pain can be terrible. Did you keep the stone that passed? Don't forget to take it with you to the hospital so it can be analysed. If you did not catch it, the Dr's will give you a strainer to urinate in to catch the next stone. Please don't put this off and good luck to you.

Why when u have a serious and painful condition as u described, do u waste time asking for answers from people who have no medical knowledge of ur symptoms. Get urself to a doctor or urologist as soon as possible. Or go to the ER if ur bleeding and pain is severe. Only proper testing can determine if damage was done and if there r more stones present. If another stone gets lodged in ur urinary tract, u may experience very severe pain in ur side or back. Do not put this off, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

There is no way you will ever know for sure until you get an Ultrasound. Please go see a doc and get orders to have an ultrasound. you will then see exact location of kidney stones and determine if they are all out of your system. It may be that you are accurate in your assessment. However, it may be that you are not accurate and that it may be some other complication. Play the scientist and get data, get proof. That is the only way you will ever know for sure.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested. They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis! This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease. It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges. Reversing Your Kidney Disease?
