I know it's not easy, but you are going to have to put him behind you and find someone who appreciates you.

It's important to remember "You Can't Change What You have no Control Over". He may have issues you don't even know about. Crying and Being Emotional about a breakup is very normal as long as you don't let it interfere with your life. It can be very hard to lose someone you loved but It can also turn out to be a learning experience. My husband of several years walked out one day and never came back. I did not even know why, I thought we were happy. Today, I am really happy, and I realize when I was married to my husband, I was not really happy because he was not. I look back on my breakup as a terrible time but I also learned a lesson from it. We all have special traits and there are billions of people out there who will find us special enough to fall in love with. There is someone else out there, and you will be happy again.

You are far to young to be worrying about this kind of stuff. I know that a break up is hard to deal with at any age though. Only time can heal a wound like this. It may take awhile but you will. One day you will look back on this and wonder why you ever wasted your time crying over him.

Well at times like this, just do exactly what you are doing, cry and let all your emotions out. You'll feel a lot better after, then just try to go on with life as normally as possible. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do aside from keep living.

Go ahead, give yourself time to grieve. 48 hours should just about do it. During those 48 hours cry, eat ice cream, stay in your jammies, don't brush your teeth, watch sad movies and cry some more. After 48 hours is up, so are you. Shower, floss, brush, and do you hair and make up. Then take yourself out and buy yourself a drink - coffee, tea, tequila, whatever you prefer. Walk around a park. Remind yourself that when he comes back in a couple of weeks to tell you he's sorry (they always do if you don't chase them) to agree with him - he is sorry. You've moved on.
Get on with it girlfriend! You're worth so much more.

Do anything. Anything that doesn't have anything to do with him. That's happenned to me too. It's probably happenned to all of us. It hurt really bad for a long time.

Talk to your friends. Let them tell you that the guy was an a**hole. Watch a movie, listen to music, read something, make something. Just don't talk to him, and don't look at his myspace.

you're 13..thats not love, you both are to young to be in a relationship...he obviously doesnt care about you(sorry if that sounds harsh) hes not the one for you... just focus on school and you're friends, have fun dont worry about boys and dating yet...it'll help you get over him...you're a kid make the most of it..trust me you'll grow up soon enough, you have plenty of time to get a guy and fall inlove, just dont let one guy get you down :) and if you need to cry then cry that's the only way to get things out

Take it one day at a time. Every day will get better, but it will take a while. This is a part of life, and it does hurt. But it will get better, I promise.
