Sounds like a typical 9 to 12 year old that needs rules and guidelines to follow with punishment to match the crimes.

Maybe a few prescribed drugs from the family doctor wouldn't hurt either.

Should be in room reading books with no TV, No Games, Etc...

And as for your husband, You need to slap his face and tell him to wake the hell up. No offense, But he sounds like an asshole to me

It sounds like he has a anger problem. My step brother did the exact same things and so did my cousin but the diffrence between my cousin and step bro is that my step bro just had a anger problem and needed help where my cousin was abused by his dad but once he stopped seeing his dad and got some help he was a little angel.

I do not know what to say it is, my guess is he is either being abused or he has a anger problem, his parents need to get him help.

9... it sounds like whatever age he is he needs to learn a little respect. it could very well be a behavioural issue/psychological. Take him to a DR and see what they say. Or else counselling of some sort. it will only get worse if nothing is done.Blaming otheres of childrens problems solves nothing, get to the root of the problem to help....even if it is you fault or the father's help it doesn't do any good to point fingers and argue over whose fault it is. Think of the boy!

He sounds very much like my son before he was diagnosed with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Since he was put on medication at 7, behavior modification and counseling...we don't see much of this behavior anymore. I think this child really needs to see a professional to help sort out why he is behaving this way...I do not think this is "all your fault", sounds like dad is in denial and looking for someone to blame.

10-14. He sounds like a combination between my brother growing up, and my friend's brother. And yeah, he needs some help. I'm not sure if he needs medical help, but definitely some discipline of some sort or another. I don't care who you are or what you have, that is not acceptable behavior.

Gee could be any age boy if you ask me. The only think that I think you should be concerned about if he is over the age of about 7 is the bed wetting. Maybe family counseling would do you all some good.
