Losing your virginity is a HUGE mental step.
For some people, it is less important. There isnt anything wrong with losing it early, as long as its for the right reasons. You love yourself and your body, you care about the person you are going to shar your body with, and you are mature enough to talk about possible birth control methods and the ever present "what if i get pregnent".
Some girls and guys get pressured into it, and its hard to resist in todays culture with sex being EVERYWHERE. However, some girls will do it and realize the mistake and hold off until they are ready, while others continue to do it for social reasons.
Just make sure when you do it, you're willing to remember the person for the rest of your life, because you never forget your first!

Despite the fact most people will disagree, I must say when you're married. Save it for your mate. You won't regret it.
