I have a charter bus that I just installed 9.5inch monitors in. They are both widescreen monitors. If a customer brings a full screen DVD is there going to be a huge problem?

Congratulations! To answer your questions, no, there will be no playback problems for full screen movies on the new monitors. You usually have two options to display full screen DVDs (aka 4/3 display) on a wide-screen (16/9) monitor. First option is to let the monitor show the DVD as "normal". This will put two small black bands on both sides of the picture. You can also "scale" the picture to fill the screen. The good news is that if you show a wide-screen movie, the top and bottom black bands will be smaller or gone! Enjoy.

I wouldn't worry about it. Most consumers have come to realize that soon you won't even be able to buy a traditional square 4:3 TV.

You might notice the picture on the sides is "cut off" just a bit, only if someone mentions it. Otherwise, you'd never notice it. I wouldnt worry.
