What is usually the cheapest airliner to fly on, around North America?

Airlines regularly match each other's fares on competing routes, so it's hard to say that one airline is usually cheapest. Whenever Southwest, for example, announces a sale, a few hours later you find that USAir and Continental are now also matching this price on the same city pairs. That said, Southwest, Jetblue, Spirit, Airtran, and Frontier are usually considered the 'low-cost' airlines that initiate these sales. Smaller low-cost airlines include ATA, Allegiant, USA3000, and Sun Country.

In Canada, WestJet, Zoom, Air Transat, Harmony Airways, and Sunwing.

Several of these serve Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, and other cross-border routes, since you asked specifically about flights in "North America."

Just use Yahoo! FareChase, they search dozens of websites for you, so you dont have to!!! It saves you both time and money.

you attempt to fly back in under one month and on the costliest time of the 300 and sixty 5 days. i might do an open jaw cost ticket. Fly from Toronto to X and then from Rome to Toronto.
