I'm not talking about how to put together a statement of faith or a dogmatic creed,I'm speaking of the legal ins and outs.Establishing your own church,tax shelters E.T.C.

by brainwashing at least 100 people that can spread your word and brainwash another 100 each for you original group and so-on, till you have enough people that your to large to be called a cult
a friend of mine once said, if one person were to worship a potatoe as god he'd be considered crazy. if you have a 1000 people worship the potatoe you have a cult. if you have a million people now you got a religion

irs.gov should give you the basic tax info. Aside from that, make up a good story and see how many people you can get to believe it, and pay you on a regular basis to tell it.
