Close to my 30th B-Day and I feel as if I am loosing my figure, my buety and I feel as if I am getting old and all the sexy young girls seem to be everywhere. I used to model when I was younger but now I am getting older or at least I feel it. Can men tell if you are older? Many people say I look young still but I don't feel the same way. Another question when you get older does all vibes just stop? I mean I remember when I used go shopping and I would get looked at and it did make me feel good but now its like nothing anymore... I am so scared to age.

I have had many careers changes as well I am now where I want to be financially and career wise. So as far as my needing to get a hobby for some of the answers that were posted I have many, I love to travel and love to write and love my job and family. Its just I started out very young in my life I was only 15 years old when I was completly on my own so it has been long and hard for me and I think in a sense maybe this may also, be the reason I am feeling so gloomy about getting older is because I have been an adult saince age 15 or that it I lost my childhood very young and started life very young.

I'm 39 and I'm still going on strong... I've been told that I was thought to be 30. I don't feel dumpy, nor lost my form. I still look athletic and, actually sometimes I feel like I look far sexier than when I was 21, because I look like a MAN and not a boy. As for you, believe me, you may be surprised... you're turning 30, but you are still you... Sexy, resilliant and active... Beautiful... Don't let the 3 in the age get you down at all.

Cheers!

You should have plenty of years of being able to be attractive. It is hard for some to control the ageing process in comparison to others. Diet and exercise will at least keep you healthy. The part of your life that determines your attractiveness can be complex. If you believe that your physical beauty is the only thing that makes you attractive you are wrong. Turning 30 seems traumatic but you'll get over the new number. I bet you look good so don't worry about your looks. Do the best you can and things will turn out well. Going from just a lady walking down the street to a car stopper is a big change but everyone tells others that looks are temporary for the most part. Exotic dancers are told all the time they won't always have their looks and don't prepare sometimes for that eventual moment when they have to come to grips with it and move onto other things than the superficial. Be grateful for what you have and your beauty will shine from the inside out.

Babe, I'm sure that you are still hot stuff. But your concerns are real - aging is inevitable, and while you can do all kinds of things to minimilize it's visible effects, and I'm for doing what you can, you can't really stop it. I think the important thing about learning to age gracefully is to learn to accept yourself for who you are - not who you would like to be. I'm sure you have had relationships - when you have a relationship, the guy is not with you only because you are hot, right? You have a good personality, you're funny, your outrageous - whatever. These are the traits that will stay with you even as you age, and these are the traits that really make you stand out as beautiful once someone gets to know you. Personally, I can appreciate physical beauty objectively only before I know a person - I can say, wow, that model is beautiful and that woman is plain because I havent met them. But after meeting them, their beauty is either agumented or harmed by their personality. Suddenly, maybe the model is cold and nasty - and she is really not beautiful in my eyes anymore, more like an evil stepsister figure or whatever - haughty, but not beautiful. While the plain woman can be really interesting and engaging, and suddenly she's beautiful. In either case, its really the inside that counts. The outside counts only to people who never bother to get to know you anyway, so really, it shouldn't matter that much. Good luck!

Can men tell if you are older? Yes.

Another question when you get older does all vibes just stop?
Only if you let it...it's kinda hard not to feel like you do-that just goes with age I assume-your mind isn't/won't ever be as it were when younger-you're way more experienced now and been through alot of nonsense & what not from different people.

I don't think you're getting too old...just your frame of mind maybe.

You are photogenic and attractive...stop worrying-it makes you age quicker...Have a happy birthday-you still look young!

I know what you mean I just turned 30 this year.
It isn't as bad as you think. Some men might be able to tell that you are older, it all depends how you portray yourself, I get more attention now then I did before and I am just walking with more confidence after I accepted it. I've even got men 10 years younger than me wanting to get to know me. By the way the vibes only stop if you let them, be confident and stand tall, and chances are they will come back. Please don't be scared to age it can be fun if you let it...

For some reason most women that I have ever known feel this way when they approach thier 30th birthday. These feelings (based on my experience) are therefore natural. Please don't fret. You are probably getting just as many looks as you used to, you just are looking to the wrong people for them. I feel that most women are actually more beautiful as they age.Im not a wierdo into ladies that are 15 or more years older than myself, but girls from school, are actually more attractive today because they are over the vanity period in their life and are more aware of the bigger things in life.

I'm sure you are still quite stunning . You can't stop aging. Maybe you are worried of your audience changing ? You know, those 18 to 22 year old guys are now lookin' at younger babes. And starting to be admired by older guys may be somewhat insulting to someone who likes to think young . But I bet those young guys are still finding you quite attractive. 30-year old women are HOT ....so are 40 and 50 year old women . Stay Cool

It is scary at first I guess but it is just another set of range of ages that are looking at you now and you appeal to them more.

I am a guy in his 40's I find it neat to walk by girls at the mall or side walk not saying a thing and I will hear some hush taalk as I pass like nice butt or nice bod but yea the vibes are there once you get into accepting your age and the age range that is checking you out.

This is a very good time in a woman's life.....you can do anything in the world you want.

Think of this as a time to regroup and make outside match your inside. Take better care of yourself, make a few healthy changes in your diet, add weight training to your exercise program. Get more sleep and pamper yourself more.

This is not a cliche....you are getting better....you're smarter than you were in your 20's, you know yourself better.

Start to walk with your head up, add a swing to you hips, and when you think you're sexy you are sexy....it all starts in your head.

Work it girl.....
