Is there any free program to make a picture black and white except for only one object? like in sin city.

yes windows xp ms-paint edit ur photos from that i have done so it on my yahoo 360 i even put 2 in one from ms-paint >>edit mode save as

google picasa 2 its free and you can do so much to your pictures!
