how much older is he? Perhaps he has a daughter your age and feels guilt ridden, or maybe he's lying to you and he's actually married!

Just think of it this way: When you are first seeing someone, they are showing you their best. It's not like it goes uphill and the magic only gets better from here. The niceties and other things only diminish with time. So if this is the best he will ever be with you...is it enough? If what he has to offer you now leaves you feeling inadequate and disatisfied, I guarantee you there is no secret reveal 5 years from now that will make all the struggle worth it or something.

First of all is this guy married, and you don't know it???? I think hes a totally confused person. His indecisivness would drive me crazy. Point blank ask him what he really wants from this relationship and where does he expect it to go? Tell him your not a yoyo and you don't like a relationship thats like a roller coaster ride. If he can't give you astraight answer, then by all means end it and move on, life is too! short to waste on someone who doesn't know what he wants. Its not fair to be there only when he wants you and your his last resort.

Well, obviously something is going on. If he hasn't had a girlfriend in years, there may be a reason. I suspect you are going to learn that this is how your relationship will continue if you don't move on. Unless you find him absolutely irresistible, it would probably be in your own best interest to move on. You could try telling him you are moving on, but if he ever decides to get serious to give you a call. If you keep letting him do this, he will probably do just that.

He probably just doesn't like you enough to have a relationship. It's probably not that he doesn't want to have a relationship with everyone, it's just that you are not his perfect girlfriend for some reason. Maybe it's because you're younger. Maybe you're not as attractive as he would like. It could be a lot of reasons.

Sounds like he has you on the back burner for when he wants company. If you are having sex with this man, that would be my answer. Some men are like that but girl he would not be playing games with me. Show his *** you are better than every now and then.

He knows what he wants and he is getting it. Why pander to you when you pander to him? It is called using you.
