Okay for starters, hopefully you keep your armpits shaved. Next, buy some fresh lime, not lime juice. Roll one between your hands to soften it and cut it in two, horizontally. When you finish washing in the shower, while you are still in the shower, rub each half under each armpit, and then rinse off. Try doing this with every shower for about a few days to a week and see if you can tell the difference. It really helps.

If I'm correct, the only reason sweat stinks is because there is bacteria there. Keeping your pits washed and clean should help. Some foods can cause sweat to smell a certain way .Strong spices like garlic and other pungent spices cause the sweat to smell strong. Using an'Anti-persperant" will keep you drier. A deodorant masks the smell. Some synthetics can cause you to sweat more also.

1) Use antipersperant instead of deoderant
2) To help when you are out and about and can't wash use hand santizer on your armpits (trust me it really works)
3) Buy some acidophilus pills, take 2 daily (for as long as you want they are great for your health) and break on open and apply to your armpits once a day, preferably clean your armpits well before bed, then apply and do not apply any deoderant or antipersperant.

make sure your arm pits are shaved and use antipersperant, not deodorant, it not only hides odor, it keeps the pits from sweating and causing the odor. like Secret.

Try shaving your under arm hair because that is usually what holds in odor.

My mom says to eat plenty of veggies, fruits, and drink sufficient amounts of water. She says it helps with odor and some pimple problems.
