Vomiting & diarrhea combined is a serious condition. There are many different causes, & without further information it is not possible to accurately diagnose. However, some of them are contagious to dogs, so separating your two pets is a good start.
You should contact your vet immediately for advice, no one on this website can tell you for sure what is going on & how to deal with it. Is there a 24hour emergency animal center near you, or do you have the after-hours phone # for your personal vet? If so, call them tonight (dont worry about the time) because she may need to be seen immediately or at the least brought in tomorrow.
Take up all food, even if she is interested in eating, & make sure she has access to water.
In case you are unable to reach anyone, I am putting the number for the Milwaukee, WI Animal Emergency Center, they are open 24 hours & as a necessity, you can call them, give the symptoms & get some advice from a knowledgable source over the phone, they might even be able to refer you to somewhere in your area you weren't aware of.
Good luck, stay calm but deal with this as soon as possible.

The only sure way of actually know just what the problem is with your new addition to the family is take the dog to the vet.. It sounds like the dog has some type of stomach flu. But if you had a tooth ache you wouldn't go to the G.Y.N.clinic. So why not give your dog the right treatment, as it can also be something very serious! Good-luck with the lab.

A couple of things come to mind, one if she seems bloated tap on her Belly and listen for a water type sound, she could have a tumor that has erupted internally (worst case) Two check on her skin over her body looking close at the Belly area looking for what appears to be dirt but is actually flea poop ( for lack of better terms) she could have worms from fleas but either of these cases I would take her for a check at the vet

im not a vet but it sounds like your dog might have parvo which is deadly if goes untreated, this doesnt mean she has it but those r some of the signs. try giving her some rice and boiled chicken, that should help with the diarhea and the vomitting, if this doesnt help get her to the vet asap and keep them separated until u find out what it is

You need to take the dog to a vet,not just for the dog's sake ,but for the sake of you and your unborn baby. It's just common sense. If you are going to have a baby, you need to be sure that ALL of your animals are in good health before the baby is born.I highly doubt that it's anything that will affect you or your baby ,but better safe than sorry, and you need to think of the dog's well-being as well.

take her to the Vet ASAP!!!! she's go t something that's affecting her stomach and it's taking energy out of her slowly but soon she won't move what so ever. i would take to your local vet and call in for an appt. for her. your better off paying lots of money to have you, your baby, and the dogs them selves OK then both dogs and the baby sick and you wouldn't feel to great either.
