Ask you doctor about Byetta. Its a fairly new drug out for diabetics. It has other uses like it helps you lose weight also. I'm not diabetic but my doctor recommended it to me last week for weight issues. I've read as much as I could find about it and I got the insert from my pharmacy tonight. I think I'm going to try it as soon as I call my doctor next week and get the script.
4 miles in 45 min is a lot. You are exercising yourself to death at that rate. You should be losing weight. Whats up with that? Do you have another doc that you can see? What about your gyno with the missed period thing? I felt a lot better by just going on Yasmin and having a period. I don't know why. It just made me feel normal again, like everything was back to working order.
I feel pretty yucky right now after Halloween, I might as well have eaten a chocolate cow, because that's how I feel with all my kids candy laying around that I've chomped on here and there.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny! Give it a try and good luck!

my suggestions are as follows::
try eating smaller meals and eat more small meals and not just three big meals.
when u do eat eat slowly so ur belly can tell u when ur full and u want overstuff urself
Dont sit while ur eating .. it goes right to the hips
excercise daily. try running for a mile a day. or atleast around the block once a day and if u can put in more.
drink lots and lots of water .. not only does it clear skin and cleans out ur whole system u dont get a lot of sugar and other stuff from soda and tea and it helps u lose weight.
if u do all of this together u'll be able to lose weight.. but u won't be able to do it.. lost all u want too and never do it again it's something ur going to have to keep doing.
and dont expect to lost 20 lbs in a week unless u want to go unhealthy and go starve. plzz dont.

You need to have a set routine that you follow every day not exercises for a month here and stop then start it has to be constant also if you have been staying with it instead of stop and go you could be putting on weight because your building muscle if this is the case then you need to tell the Dr to check your body fat instead of just going by the scale

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and straightforward to study. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right away. i visit admit i have not followed the practise guide precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet ordinarily) and doing little or no workout, in spite of the indisputable fact that the load retains flying off. It obviously works and if i'd followed it precisely i imagine it might scare the residing daylights out of me through volume that i'd lose. So thanks back for the guidance. i have not in any respect bought something like this till now because they are in a lot of situations finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. commence on the instantaneous!

Hi, A friend of mine lost 15 pounds in 11 days using a 9 day cleansing program from Isagenix.
You can find out more about the program at www.gocleanse.com/dima
They've got some great news reports on the product where they actually put it to the test and I think you will be amazed at the results.

I used to have very bad blood sugar levels and was "pre" diabetic...I lost 54 lbs and you can see my before and after picture here... http://www.healthandstrength.net It sounds to me that you are doing AWESOME with your workouts, but perhaps you are not eating the right foods? Protein is ESSENTIAL if you are working out!!! You need it to rebuild all that muscle that you are trying to build. Protein is a must in all diets.
Here is what I did to lose my weight...keep in mind, I was dealing with "pre" diabetes, so my sugar levels were crazy...as of today they are perfect and I feel great!
1. NEVER EVER ate sugar. It's a poison that makes us older, sicker, fatter and tired...all things we dont want. Seriously, sugar is the one who does the dirty work in weight gain. Stop eating it all together. You can see my list of ingredients to avoid when shopping here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweeka.htm...
2. Drink ALOT of water. 2-3 liters a day. The more the merrier! We need about half our body weight in ounces JUST for regular body functions! When you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated and lose brain function. Water flushes toxins from your fat cells and keeps you younger.
3. Exercise!!! So very important. Here http://www.healthandstrength.net/abexe.htm... are my favorite ab exercises. I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes a time.
4. Eat less. How many calories do you think is in that burger or that plate of fries or in that handful of chips. What about overfilling our plates? If you go here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm... I wrote something about saving on calories and losing weight.
5. Go to sleep before 10pm. Your body starts repairing and rebuilding and speeding up weight loss while you sleep only if you sleep at about 10pm. If you are awake and go to bed at 12, you miss out on that very important time.
6. BE POSITIVE. Be thankful every day and love yourself
7. BE CONSISTANT! That I think is the KEY to losing weight. So what if you went a week and only lost a pound...or didnt lose any...KEEP going. DON'T stop. This is a lifelong commitment, so stick to it and one day you will open your eyes and need a new wardrobe!
8. Eat more veggies and skinny friendly foods. I have my list of my top ten foods that I ate to lost weight here http://www.healthandstrength.net/tenfoods.htm...
80% veggies at every meal including breakfast will keep you young and help you lose weight.
Good luck!!! I'm surprised your doctor isnt giving you extra tips. He should be proud of you for working out that hard! Don't ever stop, you are on your way...sometimes it just takes time for your body to get back into homeostasis...(balance)

Well, keep on dieting and exercising, plus drink lots of water when you feel slightly hungry. If you still feel hungry after drinking the water, eat some salad or something. Serve yourself to a treat (with no sugar of course!) once a month so you won`t have to suffer so much. I hope this helps.
