i am turning 21, can i go to the bar the night before i turn 21. when it is 12:01 am?

yes cause technically you would be 21 at 12:01 remember bar time is 15 fast so actually you can go @ 11:46 your time

Yep. But I would not suggest wasting your hangover on 12:01 am til 2pm. Go out the next night at around 10pm and close down the bar!!!!

the day is over at 11:59 new day at 12:00 am not 12:01.

yes, i went to a strip club just a couple days ago for my 18th, but it was the day before-ish, so 12:01 they let me in.
