COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Rev. Ted Haggard was dismissed Saturday as leader of the megachurch he founded after a board determined the influential evangelist had committed "sexually immoral conduct," the church said Saturday.

Haggard had resigned two days earlier as president of the National Association of Evangelicals, where he held sway in Washington and condemned homosexuality, after a Denver man named Mike Jones claimed to have had drug-fueled trysts with him. He also had placed himself on administrative leave from the New Life Church, but its Overseer Board took the stronger action Saturday.
"Our investigation and Pastor Haggard's public statements have proven without a doubt that he has committed sexually immoral conduct," the independent board said in a statement.

Well, it's nice to know that Catholics are getting a break from all of the bad news that they receive.
Hey Ted, if you really want to show your sincerity, just take the lie detector test AND the drug test. Both will prove that you were lying about everything, but at least you can say that the drugs made you lie. And then you won't show such awkward body language when you are questioned and give lies for answers.
Just curious ... when is your next date with your "massage therapist"? You could meet on Sunday morning, since you won't be showing your face in church any more.

I bought crystal meth but I didn't inhale.... we're one stained dress (or pants pair) away from the truth.
And, it's so easy to become a victim in the hands of wayward backrubbing masseurs (who only advertises in gay papers) when an innocent massage crosses a line of decency--or hopscotches around it... church, massage, church, massage...

and just to think that the people voted for the republicans because they thought that the republicans were good christan conseratives with family values and christan morals. lets not be fooled by the christan colation again this nov the 7th. looks like the whole white house is going to show up as gay before this is all over with.

i am watchingthis net cafe and there's no classes in the local schools nearby... so we dont have much earnings this week..then my boss thought that i am only answering questions here in yahoo.... and worst he thought that i am putting all the money/ earnings on my pocket everyday!!!
