up top go to Tools, then internet options.

On the window that pops up, click clear history and click OK. Then click delete cookies, click OK. Then click Delete files and check Delete offline content and click OK.

From Internet Explorer:

click Tools
cl Internet Options
Delete Cookies
Delete Files (offline)
Clear History
Set days to store pages in history to 0

click the Content tab
click Autocomplete
clear all boxes

This should do it.

First you click the "tools" button at the top of your browser then you click "options". In the options window you go to the history tab, once you're there you fill in the spot that says " remember the pages for the last ___ days" and just put a zero in the space. That is what i did and it worked fine for me. But if it still doesn't work you could always just try clicking the help button and see if that helps.

WHAT ARE THE FILES? SOUNDS LIKE THEY'RE ATTACHED SOMEWHERE ELSE.
TRY GOING TO
1- MY COMPUTER
2-C
3-PROGRAM FILES OR THE WINDOWS FOLDER, THERE MIGHT ALSO BE A TEMP HISTORY FOLDER IN ONE OF THOSE 2 PLACES, I'VE SEEN THIS IN THE PAST

GOD BLESS
