Registered Nurse here; Night Sweats have so many different causes, from low grade temperature, to hormonal imbalances, menopause, PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACKS ARE CERTAIN ELY ONE CAUSE. As for as stopping them, not sure! First I would recommend you see a physician to find out why your having night sweats, and if it is indeed due to panic/anxiety, then the two of you can discuss together if you would like to try a medication to ease the occurrence and intensity of the panic/anxiety attacks. Thanks for the opportunity to address your question.

Please get thee to your physician. Night sweats are not a normal phenomenon. It could be any number of things - some serious, some not so serious. Almost all causes can be treated.
