Can anyone help me learn Korean because my favorite artist is Rain and I just want to know Korean to communicate with him or his fans. How do you say "I Love You?"

Normally one would say 사랑 해 (sarang hae). But this is used only between people who are close to each other or when you're speaking to people who are younger than you. But here are are a couple of choices:

사랑 해요 (sarang haeyo) - a neutral level, usually to strangers around your age

사랑 합니다 (sarang hamnida) - very formal and polite and respectful.

If you are particularly severe, you'll be able to move to a Korean Language Institute...overseas, like throughout summer time. It will on the whole fee you $five,000 adding airfair, university, and such. But if you happen to reside in an subject with a Korean group you'll be able to uncover any one to coach you and provide you private courses so you'll be able to be taught extra. Or might be at a few tuition college that still has a language institute.
