Last year I was diagnosed with a knee problem in both of them, and bending of any kind hurts. Thing is, I am only 16, and had an alright body before it, as I was doing sports. My figure has gone to hell, and I would like to get even fitter than I was before, with a defined body. Would it be possible in a couple of months, like by February? How would I be able to do it? I don't have that much access to a gym.
Thanks!

The pools in my area are closed for the winter (no indoor ones), and my bike is currently broken, although I don;t see how it can tone my body. Just to put this in perspective, I was 125 (underweight for a 5'10 person) in November and I am now 160 (borderline for 6' person) I want to lose maybe 10-15 lbs. I have been losing self image (strange for a guy) during this time, and have just recently gotten the will to try again. I want to see myself like I did before, before these messed up knees (I can barely walk up or down stairs). I would like a toned body, with abs and muscles like you see on models. I know it is asking a lot, but I really want to feel good again.

Also, with the other questions, what about toning pectorals?

Swimming is your best option, but if you don't have access to a pool that kinda womps.

Does your high school have an indoor swimming pool? How about your local community college? The YMCA?

Swimming is great exercise in general, but is particularly good if you're worried about weight on your knees.

Do pushups, pullups and situps till you can't do any more. Start small and work your way up to doing 100 pushups, 30 pullups and 200 situps all in one sitting. Do this 2 times a day and you will be fine.

either swim or ride a bike. both are easy on your knees but work your whole body.
