Ha! I've been out of the loop for a long time too!
My first question to you is, why do you want alcohol? Can you have a virgin drink? Are you going out or something? Having friends over?
I have a few suggestions:
If going out, stick to the tried and true pina colada (it'll have rum in it) or strawberry margarita.
Here is Oprah's recipe (fav drink) I think she said:
Crushed ice, champagne (probably a fruity one?, and pomegranate juice, and a dash of clear vodka.
My friends love a good "Cosmopolitan". Try any juice like raspberry, pomegranate, something fruity (like guava?). Then mix with some clear or citrus vodka and ice. You can add a dash of champagne if you like.
I would stick to the drinks with vodka in them b/c you can't taste vodka very much when mixed with fruity flavors. You can always ask a bartender to only put "half the alcohol" in the drink if you like.
If you don't want fruit: then some holiday favorites are Kalua and cream, very yummy and creamy. Just buy Kalua and mix with heavy milk or cream and ice. Or in hot coffee w/cream (also Bailey's would work for that, too).

in Mexico is a great variety of drinks that are called water of flavor,
they make it with pine apple, melon, water melon ,seeds of a tree,Jamaica a flower that dyes to water bright red,and many more ,all of them are healthy and taste very good ,like a watery juice,
to be recomended and it is cheap
aditional details on request
they are all different drinks you know,
the melon one is --slices of melon in the liquidiser
and water
same as the pine apple
water melon is more slices because it is weaker
but the same
Jamaica
the red flower you soak overnight in a tub of water ,about quarter of a kilo (a wash tub)add a kilo of sugar and is enough drinks for a big party
you can also cook the flower if you are pressed for time
the seeds from the tree are called Tamarindo (it is exported to the USA)you cook the pulp of the seeds and a concentrate results to which you add water

Wow, good question. I used to wonder that myself, until one day, when I was about nine, one of my friends, Jimmy, introduced me to one of his older brother's friends, who had sneaked a pint of some really good stuff out of his father's stash when no one was home. There were about 6 of us there, so he poured some out into Dixie cups and passed it around. I can't tell you how intoxicating this stuff was--and it didn't taste like alcohol! "What is this?" I said, getting a good buzz on. "MILK", he whispered, "but don't tell your mom!"
Coolly, I returned home and casually entered the kitchen as if nothing was out of the ordinary. Mom took one look at me, grabbed me by the neck and dragged me under the fluorescent light. "AHA! I knew it! You've been drinking MILK!" My milk moustache had ratted me out; if only I'd known the consequences, I could have washed at Jimmy's house!
So it was back to gin & juice every night for me, bloody Marys at breakfast, and a thermos full of Bailey's-laced coffee in my lunchbox. Mom was so hard-core she moved us to a new neighborhood over this.
But I never could shake this addiction to milk. I had to have it; even in our new digs, finding a dealer wasn't hard. I started carrying a straw with me wherever I went. If I *really* needed a fix, there was a dairy farm about a mile away, and even when it wasn't open I knew how to get to a cow if I had to. Now that I'm older and safely beyond Mom's grasp, though, I've discovered a whole new scene, where people treat milk-drinking as a normal, wholesome activity. They are an amazing support group. We'll meet each other randomly on the streets occasionally and ask "Got milk?" with a wink; besides being our own little insider salutation, it's a reminder that, among friends at least, milk is a perfectly acceptable beverage as long as it's consumed responsibly.
This amazing group has broadened my exposure to seemingly HUNDREDS of drinks that don't taste like alcohol. Here are a few more suggestions. I've tried all of them, and though I can't say I like the taste of each one, I can definitely say they don't taste at all like alcohol.
Skim milk
Chocolate milk
Buttermilk
Cheesemilk
Melted ice cream
Bottled water
Canned water
Tap water (except in Lubbock, Texas)
Rainwater
Dew
Mountain Dew
Jones Soda (all flavors, even the limited edition Thanksgiving varieties, except "Vermouth")
Apple juice
Grape juice
Prune juice
Clam juice
Stewart's Diet Orange Cream soda (not very good, but still doesn't taste like alcohol)
Old Milwaukee Light
Chocolate Soldier
Egg Cream
Low-cholesterol Egg Cream (no yolks)
Blood
Yellow mustard
Liquid Plum'r (yuck! this one is especially bad. But it tastes like lye, not alcohol)
Coke (original formula)
Chicken broth
Beef broth
Tuna broth
Liver broth
Spleen broth
Melted Chap-Stick
Runny eggs
Ny-Quil
Actually, "blood" probably should not be on the list, since it depends on whose blood you are drinking. Alcohol can stay in a person's blood stream for up to 12 hours after consumption, so a wino's blood, for example, probably should be avoided.
I hope this helps! Good luck as you re-enter your lope!

Kahlua and chocolate milk is good for hiding the alcohol taste, but not all bars have chocolate milk. Amaretto Sours are good too (they taste oddly like super-sweet angel food cake) and can be found anywhere.

Pineapple juice and Coconut rum (Malibu or Parrot Bay) is a yummy choice.
If you like Pepsi, try Amaretto and Pepsi. It is delish!
Amaretto Sours are also fun. It's just a little sweet and sour mix with amaretto.
Cheers!

Here's one, but it's not fruity, Kahlua and Cream. It has a kind of a sweet coffee yet chocolately kind of taste. It's my favorite drink because you really can't taste the alcohol.

My favorite is Bloody Marys. When made correctly you can't taste the alcohol. Also, you are getting at least one serving of vegetables with your drink!
