This works trust me...take a spoon put it in the freezer and then after 1/2 hour take it out rub it on the mark it loosens up the blood that has come to the surface causing that nasty bruise(hickey). Okay keep doing this several times rub it hard back and forth with the smooth part of the spoon. It will help lighten it but you will need to do it off and on all day.
To hide it for the time being hopefully it is cold where you are start wearing turtlenecks.

If it's on your neck - wear collared shirts until it goes away in about 7-10 days. If it's anywhere else - cover it up for a while. Maybe ice may help - a hickey is nothing but a deep skin bruise.

Go to WalMart (make-up section). Look for Concealers. If you are light skinned, pick "Light". Medium tones are for skin that is a little darker. Put the concealer on your finger, and gently pat the concealer on the hickey. Do not rub hard. Put more on as you reach your desired level of coverage.

You could:
1. use the spoon-in-the-freezer idea
2. use foundation to cover it up (doesn't always work too well...)
3. use a fine-tooth comb and comb over the hickey. It loosens up the blood near the surface, just like the spoon.
Hope this helps! :)

try freezing a spoon,an put it on your hickey,do this several times ,over a few days.if this doesn't work, don't be "skeered",go to your local store that sells makeup, and get some foundation, and powder, that is close to your skin tone..good luck. :) or wear turtle neck sweaters

Now, don't think it's "gay," but go get some skin toner or foundation and cover that sucker up! Find a colour close to your skin colour, and use enough to cover, not blotch, your skin. If that fails, a nice tutleneck always works...

Cheating on someone or parents?
Anyway, go to the store and get some Arnica gel, or witch hazel and start applying!
