I am going to be incarcerated in a few weeks, can i still receive my financial aid for the spring?

It really depends on your school's financial aid policy; you'll have to call the financial aid office and ask directly.

if you are being incarcerated due to a drug conviction, while receiving aid. Then, no. If not, yes

Only if you maintain a full time student status in good standing at your college.
