Microsoft Outlook Calendar Holidays?

Question

When I lived in the Western time zone, I added holidays to my Microsoft Outlook calendar. I have since moved to the East coast and my holidays are all off by 3 hours. They all start at 3AM and end at 3AM the next day. How do I fix?
