I will be going to Thailand at the end of Jan/07. I am not sure where I should go. I will be there for a week by myself or with a few friends. We are looking to golf, golf, drink, and uh golf. Where is a good place for golf/ nightlife...just a fun place to go for 3 guys for 1 week and where are good places to stay. My girlfriend will be meeting me in thailand the 2nd week Im there so no more golf, but where is a good place for couples to go and see, relax, and just chill? If you have any ideas, websites, names of places I would appreciate your help. Thanks again and have a great day!!

Just go to amazing Koh Tao. A special small island located alone out in the Golf of Siam. Its easy to access from Bangkok and a perfect place to relax with beautiful beaches and lagoons.
Find a agency who make trips to this island from Bangkok. I have been many places in Thailand, but this place is still my favorite. Also have some nice bars and restaurants.

Just got back from Thailand. Not sure about the golf thing as I am not a golfer. But look up a bar called vertigo on the roof of a skyscraper. Suppose to be really good. Also there are lots of shows for guys to go to an night . Ping Pong ladies etc. There are plenty of massage places which will be good after a day of gold. Near the Wat Po reclining bhudda . If you wander through the grounds you will come across teh Wat Pho Massage school . Very cheap and good to get out of the heat for a bit. Only 600 bhat. Get yourself a book called Lonely Planet Best of Bangkok. It is a lot lighter than the Thailand book and has lots of ideas. We did so much recommended in this book.

I've never been to thailand before but i've looked at websites. when you go with your friends, you should go to pattaya. It is known for beaches, golfing, and nighlife. when you are with your girlfriend you should go to ko phi phi. It's consists of two small islands near phuket. ko phi phi's scenery looks very nice and has a little less of the hustle and bustle that you might find in pattaya.
