Try to breathe slowly and deeply and call NHS Direct 0845 4647. Its best to get professional advice to prevent you from worrying all night. Take care, and i hope you are feeling better soon.

This sounds like an allergic reaction to me. Finding it hard to breathe is a concern - call the doctor. Ask them if you can take Benadryl, then get seen right away by the doctor; especially where breathing is concerned.

It sounds like you have had an allergic reaction. A trip to the doctors is definately called for particularly as you are finding it difficult to breathe.

Go and get it checked out - sounds like an allergic reaction if you are having trouble breathing. You need to get it looked at down at A&E pronto - your breathing could suddenly get worse and then you'll be in real trouble.

Sounds like an allergic reaction could bee from something you used on your body or change in detergent or something you touched it doesn't necessarily have to be from what you have eaten.Best bet go to the emergency room it could get worse.
