Take out and put in refrigerator whole day of what you need to eat. Then eat that only, to start with eat the stuff that are low calories but filling.

By the way keep a gallon of liquid at hand mostly water(zero calories).

Drink a little water before eating any thing.

May have to carry your food in an insulated bag of some kind.

It will take minimum 21 days to break bad habit.

Some people can eat 8 to 10 time a day but as long as they do not eat more then they burn up and are not putting on the weight, it should be OK.

Yeah I replaced it with compulsive and emotional shopping. Not the bast thing for my bank account but it worked to help me lose a lot of weight.

Find a way to keep yourself busy through tout the day, join some sites, go for walks, join walks around your area. Join sport clubs and craft activities, watch your neighbor's pet while they are away, read, make some cookies for someone you love, watch videos, go shopping, paint, buy something like a Nintendo DS, makes some friends, do puzzles, make cards etc.

Many years ago,I used to have the same problem.I think I just grew out of it.I do know one thing though-if you want to stop,you have to be very disciplined,otherwise you just fall back into the same habits.I started again for a while last Christmas after being given shortbread as a gift...it only takes something like that to trigger it again.I soon got it under control though.I think you just have to say to yourself that you're going to stop,and just stick with it.

Yes I will never used to eat anything i like which is too oil because of my body condition I have the gastric trouble and the problem can turn out to be as an HEART ATTACK if I Continue to eat everything is possible it only depends on U R will power

If you really want to stop the habit 1.entrust somebody who likes you to slap the food away from your hand. only thing you should not try to eat in the absence of your food slapper. of course you can eat at normal food times.
2. ask for food which is not very much liked by you so that you will eat less.
3. start meditation and start autosugesting that" i willnot eat more"
