this is actually true. Virtually every coke flavor including: cherry, lime, vanilla, black cherry, (didnt get black cherryvanilla yet), 0 calories, and the diet version of each one of those, was released just about a month after coke's version was. Pepsi simply is a wrose company. To cover up for their faliure, they make commercials making fun of coke. The most offensive one by far is the one with jimi hendrix in the commercial, who obviously wouldn't approve this if he was alive. Therefore coke is like the adult behaving properly in their situation, and pepsi is like the little kid who is making fun of others. Also pepsi products are over sugared and watered down (most likely to save money). So in all situations coke is better than pepsi.

Coke screwed up once with "New Coke". However for every other product, Coca Cola has been the first to develop it. First Coke came up with Diet Cola with Lemon. Pepsi follows suit with Pepsi Twist. Same for the lime. Etc. btw, Pepsi sucks.

They pretty much copy each other's successful products. But YES, Coca-Cola was introduced first, followed by Pepsi Cola.

It really just depends on your tastes. If you break-down specific drinks, I prefer Coke over Pepsi, Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke, Mug Root Beer over Barq's or A&W, Mountain Dew over Mello Yello, and Coke Zero over Pepsi One.

It should probably be pointed-out that Coke copied 7-Up with Sprite, and copied Dr. Pepper with Mr. Pibb.

Coke's two biggest mistakes in recent years IMO:

1. New Coke
2. Diet Coke with Lemon [Pledge]

Pepsi Rocks...
& Its Dosent Really Copy Coke Products, all (both the compnaies) they try is to make sure that the other company dosent get a bigger chunk of the market share, with the launch of a new product.

I prefer SOME of coke's stuff and SOME pepsi stuff. I LOVE Dr. Pepper, which USED to be part of coke, but I think they've gone their own way, now.

Because pepsi just doesn't have anything to crap on thats why.
they either have some pepsi smashing or have like a celeb saying ''oh I'm dumb I'm going to drink pepsi for the rest of my life''!I say ''no you dummy!

If they were copies, you would like both of them. I think it was more like Coke copying Pepsi when they tried the new coke.

I agree, Coke is better, but Pepsi has to keep up with the competition. They are both manufacturing food and beverages and are both highly successful companies. In order to stay on top, you need to continue inventing new ideas or products. If the competition invented something, you need to try to invent it better so that people have a choice, and will hopefully pick yours.
