Do you mean the chantico???

Homemade Chantico
3/4 cup warm water
3 heaping tbsp Frys Coco Powder
8 heaping tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch + (1 tbsp water)
1 pinch salt
2 tsp butter (optional)

Heat the water to near boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Add the coco and the sugar. Stir with a wisk for about 5 minutes to really disolve the coco powder. In a seperat bowl, add water to cornstarch and mix until completly dissolved. (If you don't, you'll get some nasty clumps.) Add the cornstarch mix to the coco/sugar mix and wisk briskly. After a minute or so you *should* have a smooth velvety yummy drink! For more flavour, add the salt and butter.

It will thicken a bit as it cools, so add just a wee bit of hot water to thin it out again.

The result is a very rich dark sweet coco, very similar to $tarbuck$.

Starbucks Hot Chocolate Recipe December 14, 2008 Love the taste of Starbucks hot chocolate but don’t want to pay Starbucks prices? Make your own delicious Starbucks hot chocolate at home with this copy cat recipe. • 2 tbsp sugar • 1/4 c water • whipped cream or marshmallows • 1 1/2 c milk • 2 tbsp cocoa • 1 tsp vanilla extract * I'D SAY ADD CINNAMON & CHICORY FOR A MORE EXOTIC FLAVOR, OK? In a 2 cup microwave safe glass mix 1/4 cup boiling water, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp cocoa. When the mixture has reached the consistency of chocolate syrup add 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 tsp vanilla. Depending on the temperature of your drink you may need to heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows. Make your own Starbucks Chantico

You’ll need the following ingredients:

1 can evaporated milk (12 oz or 350ml)
3 heaping tbs cocoa (I used Penzey’s)
1/4 cup golden syrup (you could use light corn syrup)
3 oz or 100 gms Ghiradelli semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup or 60 ml heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
(optional) 2 tablespoons ginger syrup

Place everything except the heavy cream together in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, over medium low heat until the chocolate melts and the liquid is heated through. (Don’t let it boil.) Add the heavy cream and heat another minute or so. Pour into individual small cups. Makes approximately 4 five ounce servings.

Oh and don’t forget to cue the “Iron Chef” soundtrack.
Oh! and no! this isn’t the real Starbucks Chantico recipe, although the resulting flavor is pretty damn close.

Chantico is drinking chocolate, not hot choclate! VERY different things. Chantico is very rich. Good, but rich. Starbucks doesn't offer it anymore because not very many people got it because it was so rich.

For a tall (12 ounce)

use whole milk at 150-170 degrees, 3 pumps mocha syrup, 2 pumps vanilla syrup, and the fattiest whip cream you can find (or make)
