no one can help you with your dedication but yourself. you either want to lose the weight or you don't. i strongly believe that humans can do whatever they put their mind to, its just a matter of self discipline. you need to ask yourself why you want to lose the weight, and truely believe in that reason and commit yourself to it.

once you're comitted its easy. limit yourself to 1500 calories a day of water, fruits and vegetables, and fresh/decently healthy foods. thats step 1.
take it one step at a time. once you have gotten use to your diet, start working on your cardio. find a place you are comfortable walking around whether its the neighborhood streets, a track at a school, or a treadmill at the gym. jog as far as you can, then walk until you catch your breath and start jogging again. once you start to know your own capabilities you can start setting goals, like ok today im going to jog for 10 minutes straight before i start to walk. do this every other day and make sure you stretch before and after.

if you stay on your diet and keep up on your cardio you will start to lose weight. its just a matter of dedication. i'd say after a month of staying committed to your diet and cardio, if you've seen weight loss, start some strength training. if you stick with the 3 aspects you will shed the pounds fast. i was losing 5 lbs a week when i first started and ended up losing 60 lbs in 6 months. i can't stress how important it is to just get up and start your exercise. no matter how tired you feel, or how busy you may be, you HAVE to just get up and jog for those 30 minutes.
