I hate to say this but you won't gain weight until your body starts to slow down your metabolism.That will be right around the time when you hit puberty.Sorry I know you didn't want to hear that.Usually around the age of 15 or 16 kids start to fill out physically.You don't really need to gain weight as much as you want to distribute what you have.I would suggest you just continue what you are doing and let nature take it's course.Trust me if you are patient you will be happier in the long run.

omgosh.. I am tryin to gain weight to.. I have been alittle bit by lifting weights (which u said u was doing) and being less physically active! I have not really changed my diet.. but I am just watching tv and keepin my time occupied without gettin up and goin outside.. course u do need at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day.. so.. just do this and u will gain weight and set a goal of gaining a certain amount of weight say 5 pounds in 3 weeks or whatever u want.. and if u acheive this goal.. reward yourself.. if u exceed this goal meaning u gained more than 5 pounds in 3 weeks.. u need to set a higher goal.. say 7 pounds in 3 weeks.. u get what I'm sayin.. trust me this does work.. I've gained 5 pounds in the last TWO weeks:D:D

I think your perfect if your 5'7 and 110lbs. Running is not the way to do it. That burns calories. Eat lean protien and drink protien shakes to add extra claories to your diet to gain healthy muscle and helathy fats that will be stored in the right places.
Go to a vitumin shop near you and you can buy powder to drink along with powdered gainer.

thats good your lifting weights. just keep doing that. if you want you can just eat lotsa chocolate lol, but it might ruin your eating right. if your fit, and muscular, then it sholdnt matter that your lightweight. eventually if you keep lifting weights alot and alot, then you'll gain lotsa muscle, which will add to your weight. good luck!

don't worry about gaining weight. I'm 17, 5'1 nad i weigh 120 but it's not a bad weight........wait til you get older and taller.
