No it will not work... all those OEM keys are not allowed to install seperate Windows XP..., that key will only work on that computer using the Recovery disc.

The Key Code can' be used with just any copy of XP. It has to match the code within the software on the CD or XP won't install.

If the CD copy of XP you have is the one that came with that computer then yes it should install with no problems.

If you have the OEM disk (that came with computer) then yes. If it is a bought version of XP HOME then yes but you will have to call Microsoft at the activation screen to get a new installation ID code. That is a 63 digit code need to resume with your COA sticker on your comptuer tower. I have done hundreds of installs with the same XP HOME/PRO disk and used the COA stickers code on the computer fixing with NO PROBLEM. Once you purchase the tower the COA is yours also and all rights that go with it. I have bought torn up or broken computers just for the COA on the side..... Thanks

Yes that will work, if you have the Windows xp home installation CD supplied with your computer.

it will work only for one installation. if you are using it to install xp home on another computer other than your own it will work but it will be flagged at microsoft and they can and have been shutting down systems and fining people BIG money for copy rite infringement. So take my advice and only use the key on one computer.

If the computer is one of those which came with XP pre-installed, then yes. You'll need it if you have to re-install at some point in the future

If this would be a hand equipped computing gadget, then the foremost replaced into on the kit or wrapper that the setting up CD got here in. touch Microsoft for a sparkling KEY.
