I have been studying and reading about it alot lately, and I am sure that I feel the presence of God. I've had recurring dreams about the end of the world, but my boyfriend says I am just paranoid. I know that there is some evidence that points to the end of the world, but how much of it is coinsidence? Will the rapture be soon? Is there a prophecy pointing to when the rapture will occur? Does anyone have any info that might be helpful?

I'm not claiming to know when the end will come, I am just asking what, if any, evidence points toward the end of the world. Just some clarification.

The rapture could happen at any time now. Enough prophecy has been fulfilled for Jesus to call His faithful home. Some more prophecy needs to be fulfilled before God passes judgment on the whole earth.
Pity the ones that miss the rapture.

The Bible tells us that we wont know "the" time but we will be shown the "signs" of the times. Matthew 24 explains some of the signs. People say Oh these things have always been happening... and thats true. Notice the verse that says they will come as birth pangs. Yes we have always had these things in the world but...they are close together and harder hitting..it also says in diverse places. Well there are things happening in places that it has never happened before. The Rapture will take place before the seven year tribulation. You must be born again to escape this wrath on earth.

First of all, there is no rapture. If you will be saved you will either die before the Lord returns, or be alive at His coming. You will have to go through the seven last plagues, but not to worry, If you are obedient to God's Commandments, He will Seal you and give you the Power you need. It's not coming. Whatever "signs" there may be right now, they've been a million times worse at other times throughout history. Imagine living in Europe during the Black Plague; those people probably thought the end of the world was right upon them. And look at both World Wars, the Holocaust, centuries upon centuries of blood and death... this era we're living in right now ain't nothing compared to some of the eras of the past.

First, I don't find the "Apocalypse" in my Bible. Also, I do not find teachings of the "Rapture" in my Bible. What I do find is that the end will come as a "thief in the night" with NO warnings. Therefore, it can be assumed when someone predicts the end of time, you are almost guaranteed they will not be right. Even the angels in heaven do not know the time.

Bibles, peoples, religions and governments have been wrong about the end of the world before. If you're right then... wow. And it'll be like that prophet guy who made predictions and no one believed him. Not that there's anything anyone can really do if the end of the world is coming.
And no. I will not repent, I will not convert to a "real" religion.

You should read Jason Boyett's "Pocket Guide to the Apocalypse"
It talks about how people have been obsessed about the end of the world since the book of Genesis!
Check out the book, you will learn a lot! But stop worrying about tomorrow. "Tomorrow has enough to worry about already...."

Dreams are very symbolic, although I don't think anyone knows when the end of THIS world will happen. I do not think your paranoid, maybe your dream is trying to tell you to be prepared, hey GOD gave everyone special gifts!!!!!

Dreams are symbolic, not factual recreations, therefore if you are dreaming about the end of the world, this probably reflects fear egarding some imminent change in your own life, or possibly that your relationship with your boyfriend is going to end. Try paying more attention to him, and leave church for Sundays.
