Yeah, I was a little embarrassed to tell him. But one day he was like "Baby, your butt looks big in those jeans" and he grabbed my butt only to grab a hand full of pad! So now I tell him.

Guys are hip to the monthly code now. When you are young, you feel uncomfortable being around any male when it's on. But when you become an adult, you be like forget them, and be real with yourself. You are just like, I am not in a good mood because my monthly sickness is here. If you say my cycle is on, I need feminine products, or I need some medicine for my cramps, guys leave you alone. Once you mention anything in that nature, it creeps them out and they start getting uncomfortable around you. Even if it's not on, guys will leave you alone as long as long as they think you are experiencing it. I mean as soon as my brothers see the products in the grocery bag, they get ghost on me. They say it just grosses them out to think about it, so they don't bother me at all when they think it's on. So, it definitely doesn't bother me to say it to guys anymore.

No, i usually tell them the honest truth. I am on my period so be forewarn. It is a natural womanly process and every guy on earth know that we get one so there is no use coding it.
