I'm supposing you're also usinf flower and all the other essentials in cooking right?? you could make many batches of cookies because you don't use much vanilla, unless the recipoe requires something of another measure.

4 ounces is = to 24 teaspoons.Typically there is a teaspoon of vanilla in a basic cookie recipe that makes 4 dozen cookies.So 24 x 4 =96 dozen cookies.

4 oz = about 8 tablespoons ... 1 tablespoon probably makes 2 dozen cookies so say 16 dozen.
(you're also going to need flour...butter...eggs...)
