Yes, that was from Dawson's Creek, the reason that i no this is because i am a huge fan, i remember when Dawson and
Getchen were going out with each other and it was the night of the senior prom, her and Dawson went and Joey and Pacey went, well Pacey blew up at Joey for nothing more then not making him feel bad when he messed up and it was all pretty stupid, so Joey is so humiliated because he makes a huge scene of a fight and infront of everyone says that Joey makes him feel bad and he cant bear to be around her anymore , so Joey gets mad at first and tells him to go to a certain place... and then she runs out and Dawson chases after her to comfort her , after thats done he goes back and finds Gretchen who asks how Joey is doing and he tells her something about shes fine for what she just went through or something like that, i dont remember every detail, but then she gets all quite and Dawson senses somethings wrong and tells her he was just dancing with her for old times sake and went after her to make sure she was ok after the pacey blow up, and tells her that thiers nothing more to it , and she says " Thier is something more, thier has always been something more to the two of you ever since i can remember, you two are just meant for each other, i on the other hand i am not meant for you , i am four years older then you and i only feel silly being here at this prom, i am old enough to be a teacher at this school, but no, instead of being at colledge i am here , a bar tender chasing over a guy who is 18 who already has a soul mate. She says something along those lines, im sure its not wxact but its close, then dawson trys to conveice her that he loves her and she walks away leaving dawson, they later talk and she tells him that even though she has had the time of her life being with j=him dhe has to go back and live her own lif e and let him get back to his and to worlk things out with Joey because they are meant to me with each other, then she goes on to saying how they have known each other for so long and how him and Joey are soul mates and always have the special bond amd no each other so well and AND YOU HELP EACH OTHER REALIZE THAT ALL THE THINGS YOU WANT TO BE YOU ALREADY ARE

am stopping myself thier because i can write books about Dawsons Creek, but thats who i remember her saying hat quote, and im going by my memory so all thing i no arent exactly how the script is but, its close
Hope this helps!
