She tells you that she loves you and then says she needs a break because she is a player. Not only can guys be players but girls do it also. Se is looking around to see if she finds someone willing to give her things that you might not be giving her, and is holding onto you just in case she doesn't find what she is looking for. The best thing for you to do is to dump her and find another girl. She really doesn't need a break, she is just testing the waters for someone who will give her other things, and I do not mean just material things. If you cant give her what she needs emotionally she is in need also. This type of person comes in both genders, and usually is a very self centered person. My best advice to you is to get out of there, before you end up getting hurt emotionally, and mentally.

They are feeling unsure about the relationship and if you are both young...highly possible.I dont think she would be lying to you about loving you i think possibly she is re evaluating on where she wants to go in life and if being with one person is right for her at the moment. I take my hat off to her for having the guts to do something now rather than waiting until later when the relationship starts to self destruct because she isnt saying how she is feeling. Maybe till things sort out you can re evaluate your life and what you want from it ...some ppl do break up even for a few years but get back together later on down the track.Rather than beating yourself up over why feel like you have had one of the best experiences of spending time with her and that you are both fortunate of learning some of lifes hard balls together.

That really depends on the relationship and the girl. She could just need more time to do things she wants without having to worry about another person's needs, as well. That's what I told my boyfriend when I wanted a break (of course, he took it completely wrong and we ended up fighting over the next few days and getting back together).

If she says she loves you, but wants a break she's looking for an excuse to see other people. The old saying of absence makes the heart grow fonder applies if there's distance between you (like going to different colleges/ schools) So to be blunt she's looking for someone else to play with. If you ask her if she's gonna see other people during this "break" Go find someone else that wants to spend time with you. Good luck!

THAT MEAN SHE LOST INTEREST IN U. IF THERE WAS REALLY BIG PROBLEMS SHE WOULD BREAK UP WITH U AND OTHER SMALL PROBLEMS ARE FIXABLE SO MAYBE SHE WANTS TO DATE SOMEBODY ELSE. SO IF I WAS U I WOULD JUST LEAVE THAT ALONE AND GET ANOTHER GIRL IF SHE REALLY LOVE U SHE WOULD RE THINK ABOUT A BREAK AND TRY TO FIX ISSUES. WHAT DO THEY SOLVE FROM A BREAK???? IS JUST PUTTING A PAUSE ON THE MOVIE BUT THE MOVIE STILL THE SAME. THE SAME WITH RELATIONSHIPS A BREAK IS PUTTING A PAUSE BUT THE PROBLEM ARE STILL THERE TELL HER TO QUIT BULL SHHHHIIITING BRO ASK HER WHAT SHE REALLY WANTS

It could be that you have been a bit "too heavy" or moving too fast with her emmotionally. Sometimes people need their own space to do thier own thing or re-think where they are going in a relationship or life etc
Another reason could be that she realy wants to seperate from you but is trying to do it gently and gradually as not to hurt your feelings in on shock........only time will tell.
BTW: What was HER response when you asked her why she felt that she needed a break?
Good Luck.

You are young and you both may need some space. Don't take it personal. At times we need to miss the person we care about. It actually does make the heart grow fonder. Rest assured things will work out for the best. Relax and hang out with your friends. When you have too much free time on your hands you tend to mope and worry. I know I have been moping for days... but go out and try not to worry to much

Time to think logically about the future.... the pros and cons of staying with you. Love is great, but a girl has to be practical too.
Don't worry too much if you 2 have a good relationship, but if it's been filled with disagreements and incompatibility....be prepared for a possible breakup.
Best of luck.

Maybe she loves you, but not in a romantic way. Or maybe she wants to hold on in case something else doesn't work out. Let go. Find someone else.
