My neighbor and I have been flirting with eachother now for almost a year. Well he just moved to another location and today I see him outside playing football in the street with some friends. Well when I drive up to my driveway, he throws the football in my direction and it touches my leg. He said he was trying to say, "Hello". Granted we do talk on the phone on occassion and text eachother. I just wonder if he is really trying to get my attention and if he likes me?

Yeah I think he is. But I would talk to him and try to hint around that you like him as well just to get an idea if he does or not.

DUH!!! He wants you to notice him. It's like when boys are in grade school, and they pull your hair, or chase you on the playground. They don't change much when they get older! But, yeah, go for it, if you don't he may think you are not interested.
