Eat six small meals a day. No more than will fit in your palm for meat, and closed fist size of veggies, etc.

Extra fat cells can only be burned if energy output exceeds your calorie input. So if your eating right and exercising you probably just have a really slow metabolism. Try eating smaller meals closer together to get your metabolism going. Never skip breakfast. And when you do exercise, try some aerobics. If you have tried aerobics, and they arent working for you, maybe you could do more stretching and palati-style exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles. Then when you do exercise, your muscles will burn more calories. Just remember to keep a positive additude and stay strong, your mental state does more to your body than you might think. Good luck.
