No, she was following a good diet and a vigorous exercise cycle. Lately people are fooled into thinking that there are "miracle" cures for their fitness goals. The simple fact of the matter is if you don't lose the weight properly you are at risk for putting it back on, or having a "skinny" yet unhealthy body. What I reccomend for anyone is to research your goal and don't believe the hype. Having a Personal Trainer or a Nutritionist would be ideal, but if they are not affordable check out things like the FDA's website or places like 24 hour fitness's website. They will offer guidlines that are not only effective, but will reinsure you having success. It is one thing to lose the weight....it is another to keep it off. I wish you all the best with your fitness goals, and I know you can do it!

I'm pretty sure the answer would be "NO!!!", not just no but "H3LL NO!!!"...
As much weight as she has "lost" we'd be hearing about her overdose, not her son's. :o)
The truthful answer is more like Dr. Trim Spa also known as a plastic surgeon!!!!

Of course not. She probably had a personal dietician and trainer. Most of the diet pills are just in "addition" to exercise and a healthy diet. It may help a little, but exercising and the way you eat will create the most change in your health. :)
