It sounds like Insomnia brought on by the stress. Try to get to a doctor to make sure you are ok. In the meantime, try to do some breathing exercises to relax, maybe a warm bath. I suspect the headaches and pains are all due to fatigue from not sleeping. There are herbal supplements that will help you relax so you can sleep. Good Luck!

Sounds like insomnia to me. I know that I get headaches when I don't get enough sleep, so that may be your problem. As for the chest pains? I'm not entirely sure about those. Maybe you should see a doctor? It could be indigestion or something relatively normal, but you should still get it checked out just to make sure it isn't anything serious.

there are a lot of possibilities here. how old are you? chest pain from heart attack would be fairly unlikely if you are very young. are you in a lot of pain at night? that can cause insomnia, but you were not specific about in what way you are uncomfortable. if it is not pain, it sounds more like anxiety. that is a very big problem for some people, but there are some good treatments available now. bottom line, you need to see a doctor.

Have your blood pressure checked. If you wake up with a headache often, this could be a sympton that your blood pressure is high. Also, if you experience any dizziness, this is another sign of high blood pressure.
