You need to do dum bell (unilateral) work for your arms or any other body part if this is happening.DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) is a result of microtrauma(not lactic acid that's cleared from the muscle almost immediately). This is tiny tears in individual muscle fibers. If your experiencing more soreness in one biceps group as opposed to the other you're somehow compensating.Doing DB curls will ensure that you can work both equally.Let's say you can do ten reps with your right arm with 50#DBs and eight with your left.Do each one until positive failure without a set number in mind.If you get 8 with your left and ten with your right you'll hit each one with equal intensity.Right handed people are stronger in their right hand for neurological reasons and not by virtue of mass alone.
Do your DB sets after all of your barbell work.

Most likely your one arm is stronger than the other. This is normal for most people, perhaps due to the habit of carrying heavy school knapsacks on one shoulder. This affects the posture
of the body and one side becomes stronger than the other. With daily stretches, correction of the posture, and gentle breathing exercises you can re balance your body. If you like, you can ask your doctor for a referral to a physiotherapy clinic near you where they will asses the situation and prescribe appropriate exercises. You may also like to consult a chiropractor and/or an occupational therapist. Good luck!

yeah again with most people one arm is stronger than the other.....not only that, you may have improper form with your weak arm........so concentrate on doing each rep correctly......

make sure you control the weight on the way down with both arms.......also it just may be a freak thing where you strained or possible tore something in one arm...which happens......

for example, when somebody pulls a hamstring....isnt it usually in one leg???.......most likely just random strain in one muscle...

just let it heal.....give it some rest...make sure you feel good before you work that bicep again...

If you are right-handed, it's probably your left that is sore, right? It's because that's the weaker arm.

You probably help a weight weird so that it was strange resitance on your arms. Either that or one of your arms stronger

if it is your left, it is because you haven't used it much as the right so it is weaker and not used to exercise. It will get better overtime.
