Crunches, Lift your heals six inches above the ground (keep your head on the ground) for 30 seconds. Do a sit up w/ you hands behind your head and at about half way turn and lift your opposite knee up and touch it to your elbow. Have somebody over a hundred lbs stand on you abs while you do sit ups.

All sorts of different kind of crunches. Get creative, use the medicine ball, put it between your legs tight and put your legs in the air. Believe me, you will feel it the next day!!!
Don't forget your lower abs....do "balboas".
I hear Pilates really helps your core.
Also, use the big ball, and do crunches on them. Really squeeze when you are coming up, concentrate on those ab muscles.
Don't forget the side ab muscles. Do cross over crunches.
Don't forget the importance of cardio and eating right. My old personal trainer used to say "awesome abs aren't built at the gym, they're built in the kitchen".

All in one workout.5 sets of full range sit ups with your feet under something.Go for as many in one set as possible(I do 100 or more per set).3 sets of raised leg crunches.3 sets of lying leg raises.If you can get someone to help you this one is great.Lie on your back with a friend standing over you(feet at your ears),grasp their ankles.Kick your legs up toward them trying to kick them.They will in turn catch your feet and hurl them downward again.Don't let your feet hit the floor.Do side bends back and forth for several sets.Trunk twists with your hands stretched out to your sides.
Finish with several sets of isometric work.Flex your abs as hard as you can for 3 sets at 60 seconds
Bear in mind this does not burn fat in that specific area.Look up spot reduction myth.
