i have butt!!!!! is there any way i can reduce that??? and off course my thigs..im 5 '3 and im 135.....yeah yeah unbelieveable...am i over weight???? im souncomfortable being fat!!!!!! am i fat ..pls tell me the truth.........(dont say to use the tredmill pls)

I'm not sure this is a serious Q because fat is an overstatement. If you're really trying to lose a few pounds, try Weight Watchers. I know a lot of people who have had success that way. They will teach you a simple way to watch your food intake, while also advocating exercise and providing a support group.

Also, try to increase the amount of movement you do each day. Park across the parking lot instead of close to the doors, use the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead of drive when your destination is w/in a few blocks.

being 5'3 and weighing 135 is great. I'm 5'2 and weigh 132 and look fine! We are just fine. Remember...Muscle weighs more than fat. I think our ideal weight is around 125 or so, but those charts are so old and out dated. Plus if you weigh yourself at the doctor their scales are always off by 10 POUNDS! I can't believe it but everytime I go to a different doctor it's the same. When I come home and weigh it's back to 132. I'm sure you are fine. Just eat smaller portions if you wanna lose weight. You don't even have to exercise!

I don't see what's wrong with your weight, but just for some solid proof:

Height: 5 feet, 3 inches
Weight: 135 pounds
Your BMI is 23.9, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height.

Bike-riding should really help with the butt and thighs. You can start running/walking when you can, too. Just move in some way.

No you are not fat. Five pounds weight loss should do it.
Walk 3 miles a day or ride a bike for 1 hour 5 times a week.....eat lots of salads and you will be the beauty you want to be within a month.
