anybody know how much coagulating powder i should use to make bean curd?

ONE TEASPOON!!!! any more than that will make your curd into a brick!!!! any less and it wont coaguate. It depends on how much curd you wanna make. Use one teaspoon for a 12oz block. (about the size of a block of store bought tofu.)
