Losing weight fast is never a wise decision. Losing an average of 2.5 lbs per week is the safest and most effeective way to lose weight and keep it off. I suggest you maintain a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables. Keep your fat intake low and consume no saturated fats or sugars. Eat a higher protein and moderate complex carb diet. The other part of this equation is exercise. A minimum of 30 minutes of cardio exercise at your target heart rate will burn fat. The longer and more intense the exercise the more fat you burn. Also, I suggest weight lifting. NO....the female body will not develop muscles like a man. Muscle mass aids in the assimilation of fat. Therefore, the more muscle mass you contain, the more fat you can burn and keep off.
Bottom line, forget the fast weight loss ideas. Forget diet pills, fad diets, fasting, etc. Your body needs nutrients and starving it will only make it worse. When the body has it's proper nutrients, it functions at a higher peak level. This means all functions will operate properly to help you lose weight more effectively. A diet is a way of life...not a fad.

Good luck

its not a good idea to crash diet. you will pay for it in the long run. the best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Regular exercise and balanced diet. losing weight slowly is the healthiest way.

Drink a lot of water, cut on sugar and fat and do some exercices, like then minutes of fast walking everyday. Exercise is cumulative, so 10 minutes everyday is the same as doing 70 minutes on one day.
