could be anything. Intesintal parasites, irritable bowels, intestinal upset, hair ball,ingestion of foreign object. Most vets are open for a short time on Saturdays. If it continues you may have to try and get your cat in at a emergency vet. You do not want the vomiting to continue your cat could become VERY dehydrated

SEE A VET!!! Who the hell on here would know what is wrong with your cat?????
Vets may not be OPEN on Sat, but if they have a practice, they HAVE to provide medical coverage after hours. Call.
The nose does not matter in the least. That is an old wives tale about the moistness of the nose.

Check and see if there is an emergency vet in your area...We have one in our town that takes afterhours patients...you need to get that cat to a vet asap!
