Long eared dogs often have dirty ears, have your vet show you the correct way to clean them, I use vinegar and water, but that's what my vet recommended for my dog. I don't quite understand what is bloody, but if anything is bloody on any of my pets it's to the vets office ASAP to find out why.

Either an ear infection or a serious case of ear mites. In either case, I'd get to a vet. You can try an "over-the-counter" ear cleaner with ear mite treatment (from a pet store), but because it sounds pretty bad, I'd at least ask a vet before you try it.

she most likely has either mites or a yeast infection (yes dogs get yeast infections in their ears).. it's probably bleeding because she is scratching it, so i would reccommend that you get her to the vet ASAP!! they will clean out her ears really well, show you how to clean them, and give you something called "otomax" which will help soothe her ears and keep her from scratching
